Returns: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetics cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or faulty.
Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
EU right of withdrawal: If you are located in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason, in line with EU consumer law. Please contact us to start a cancellation.
